How it all began

Mindful Mindful Panda was downloaded into my consciousness about three years ago. Awoken one night I took hold of a note pad and pen that was on my bedside cabinet and started to write an outline of the program. In the morning I realized that this download was given to me to take and produce a wonderful program to help children and their parents regulate their emotions. Helping you build a toolbox of gifts. 

Later came a four short storybook that is included in this course. I hope you enjoy the course and visit it now and again to help you and your child integrate the information. The practices are to be practiced. There are layers of understanding, the more you practice, like anything, the easier it becomes.

I hope you and your child fully integrate these gifts and tools to help you on your journey, becoming calm in the process. Allowing yourself to be the person you truly are and not what others are telling you.
