How to progress with your practice

Belly breathing lets you really connect to the physical body. You can watch the breath as it travels through your body and track where it goes helps you connect.

Watch as the inward breath goes to your nose, your neck, your chest, and down to your tummy, for your belly breathing. It is a great practice. Feel the ribs move outwards as you let the tummy pop outwards. If you put a favorite teddy bear on your belly/tummy you can watch it move upwards as you connect a little deeper.
