The lungs are the primordial organ on the body that fills us up with Prana, the life force and the hips maintain the body straight, walking and dancing, however when these parts of our body are weak or unbalanced we experience sadness and grief. We are more prompt to feel upper respiratory problems, like asthma and colds

The hips are like a storage depot of stress and if not strong can cause lower back, besides digestive and problems with the legs and feet.

Strengthen and gain flexibility, feel suppled and calm, release fears and sorrow.
