How to use these codes?
It is important to be at rest whilst listening to Light Language transmissions. By doing so you will find yourself surrendering to the process of the upgrade, release, activation.
Set your intention to connect to my energy and engage with the process to receive. Let your physical body move, observe anything that may happen during the session.
Your breath is an important tool to help you through the session, the letting go of dense energy with the out-breath and the cultivation of Light with the in-breath.
Make sure you feel connected to your body, letting go of your mind.
Once the transmission has been listened to, it is important to unpack your experience. Contemplate on the experience, so your human mind has a chance to upgrade with your understanding.
