Crying is a physical form of releasing your emotions.
Conscious crying allows you to let go of the emotions intentionally and at the same time energetically. Watch this video and observe me cry. Connecting with the emotion, connecting with the energy of the emotion, connecting with the breath, and using the breath to let go of the emotion. Observe the head ‘ticking’ to the side. See how my eyes are fluttering behind my closed eyelids.
Really feel the emotions, connect to the emotion, be the emotion, then shift into a conscious observation of the emotional state. Setting your intention to let go, giving permission to let go of everything that no longer serves you. All contracts, timelines, past memory imprints, across all time and space.
