In this deeply relaxing and replenishing meditation, we will journey into the Cosmos, beyond the stars, and find a place in the Universe that feels like our true home. This meditation journey is approximately 22 minutes long so find a comfortable, quiet place you can enjoy this healing and activating starseed adventure! After the meditation journey feel free to write down any insights or soul wisdom you uncovered. You can also answer the series of workbook journal prompts in the next section to help you get started integrating your experience from the Starseed Cosmic Meditation Journey, You may feel called to use the mediation journey again for further healing benefits and activating your dormant Starseed knowledge within your SOUL!

Starseed Cosmic Initiations Part 1: Introduction to the Cosmos & The World of Starseeds

In Part 1 of the Starseed Cosmic Initiations Course I will begin by giving an overview of some cosmic facts, information about the stars in our galaxy of The Milky Way, and various thoughts on where our souls originate from in the Universe.  

If ever you’ve looked up at the night sky and felt a connection with a bright planet or glowing cluster of stars, you might be feeling your soul’s connection to a past or future life. Given that you came from stardust and have been infused with divine light, you might feel this connection deeply in your bones. Is this an illusion? Or are you born from a distant star, a true descendant of a faraway light-body or planet, a Starseed?
