The ability to connect to the invisible aspect of yourself takes time and practice. This process will take time. Once you have this perfected, you will find yourself empowered. Moving onto other levels of understanding, connecting to higher levels of consciousness, finding your purpose, and more.

My journey of opening up to my energetic field, started when I took a Reiki course. It surprised me how easy it was. There is nothing complicated about natural processes. When you get your mind caught up in the process, you will start to doubt and judge yourself. This course is simple, effective, and highly recommended. But that’s just me, make sure that you use this process as a template. Finding your own way is always best for everyone. Take what you feel resonates and leave the rest, but at the same time be open.
